·    Employment of Skilled calibers in addition to communication with latest technologies providers and sources of updated knowledge will ensure achievement of safety, quality and environmental protection as per the requirements of this policy.

·    Employees' Skills and efficiency are continuously enriched using effective training programs to ensure that they are performing their duties in a safe and environmentally friendly manner.
